According to the principles of sustainable development, it is our responsibility to assess the impact of corporate management on the community. To enhance community identity, our company is committed to employing local labor in the areas where the company operates. Additionally, we also contribute resources to relevant activities through donation and other charity activities to promote regional development.

We continue to focus on the impact of our operations on local communities, and the evaluation is as follows:

2.The implementation status of the year 2024 in Taiwan.

 (1)Long-term Care for underprivileged families and emergency relief:
Regularly provide financial assistance to underprivileged families and emergency support to long-term care households. In 2024, We had assisted 695 households with a total of NT$ 8.13 million dollars in Taiwan. (Include: New Taipei City, Yilan County, Chiayi County, Tainan City, Pingtung County, Taitung City and other areas.)

 (2)Regular donations to charitable organizations and vulnerable groups:
Including Foundation of Private Hsiangyuan Correctional Institution, Hsinchu county St. Teresa Children Center, Taitung County Maria Theresia Social Welfare Foundation, Pingtung County Intellectual Disability Association, The Association of South-UnkHealth Care Promotion for Taitung Country, Yilan County Social Affairs Department, New Taipei City Government and Social Affairs Bureau Tainan City Government, totaling NT$ 10.87 million dollars. These contributions ensure that the resources for these institution are not shortage and help protect the livelihoods of the vulnerable groups.

 (3)Donate to food bank:
Long-term donations to food bank in Hualien County, Taitung County and Chiayi County. In 2024, NT$ 10 million dollars had donated to provide daily necessities, special nutritional supplement and milk powder for the disadvantaged families.

 (4)Donate rehabilitation bus:
Donated one rehabilitation bus to Chiayi County for transportation of the low-income and disadvantaged families in suburban areas to medical or rehabilitation services.

 (5)Blood donation activity:
Employees voluntarily initiated blood donation activities, totaling 605 bags (grand total of 170,000 c.c). To thank the employees for their contributions, the company provides one paid blood donation day off and purchases meal boxes from the "Child Are Us Foundation" to provide nutrition for the blood donation employees. We hope that employees can donate blood and support the disabilities with practical actions.

 (6)Airtac Youmei Grants:
We have set up the Airtac Youmei Grants to provide long-term financial support to poor students at 8 universities (NKCU, NTPU, NTTU, NDHU, NPTU, FCU, NYUST and STUST) and 1 high school (National Houbi Senior High School) in Taiwan to protect the school life of disadvantaged students. In 2024, the fund supported 1,070 students from 9 schools with a total of NT$ 59 million. We hope to support the underprivileged students to finish bachelor’s degree, and overcoming the cycle of poverty.

 (7)Sponsorship of University charity and culture activities, a total of NT$ 12 million dollars was donated in 2024.

  (1)In 2024, A total of NT$ 8 million dollars was donated to 4 universities (Include NTTU, NYUST, STUST, NTPU) as a subsidy for philanthropic activities such as after-school tutoring for suburban schools and disadvantaged students with their studies.

  (2)“Book House of Architecture” combines the department of Architecture from FCU with social forces. It leverages the location, environment, resources, and partnerships of the Book House to transform it into more than just a Book House. The Book House prepare cultural field functions described to enhancing reading abilities and cultivating reading habits, as described by Pierre Bourdieu. It even serving as a cultural space for community. The goal of the " Book House of Architecture " is to establish 100 Book Houses. We donated NT$ 4 million dollars in 2024 to support the construction and maintenance of Book Houses.
