AirTAC designates the Board of Directors as the highest decision-making body for promoting sustainable development. On August 15, 2025, the Board established a Sustainable Development Committee, and Sustainability Councils were set up under the Company’s four major subsidiaries. Together, these bodies review the Company’s core operating capabilities and formulate medium- to long-term sustainable development plans, while integrating efforts across departments such as human resources and production to jointly advance related initiatives.
Through the preparation of the Sustainability Report, senior management is able to re-examine the Company’s performance in the previous year across economic, environmental, and social aspects, and to incorporate suggestions and feedback from stakeholders as an important basis for adjusting and formulating the Company’s development strategies.
In addition, the Company has established a charity working group that actively organizes various public welfare activities, with the aim of fulfilling its role as a responsible corporate citizen and contributing meaningfully to society.
