  • To deepen the Company's sustainable development efforts and fulfill our corporate social responsibility, AirTAC appointed the Board of Directors as the highest decision-making body to promote sustainable development. On August 15, 2025, the Board of Directors established the Sustainable Development Committee. The committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors, with at least one director involved in supervision. The members elect one person to serve as the convener and chair of the meetings. The committee meets at least once a year on a regular basis and is responsible for reviewing the Company's overall sustainable development directions, strategies, and objectives; inspecting relevant management policies and specific action plans; monitoring sustainability information disclosure; and approving the sustainability report. The most recent sustainability report was submitted to the Board of Directors on November 13, 2025.

To spearhead and manage sustainable development across the Company's operations, Sustainability Councils have been established under the four major subsidiaries. These Councils are responsible for rolling out sustainability strategies, projects, as well as initiatives passed by the Board of Directors and Sustainable Development Committee. A Sustainability Convener, appointed from among senior executives, establish SDGs Task Force based on specific sustainability issues. Members of SDGs Task Force are selected from professionals within each Company.
