The AirTAC Youmei Foundation has long been dedicated to supporting education in rural areas and assisting economically disadvantaged students. The Foundation aims to encourage young students from low-income families to persevere through adversity and seize the opportunity to change their lives through knowledge. Guided by this mission, the "Blue Student Aid Project" was launched to establish the AirTAC Youmei Scholarship in partner universities and high schools, enabling underprivileged students to pursue their education with stability and confidence, and to create a better future for themselves.

Collaborating with universities to promote reading and cultural activities for children in remote areas Total donations of NT$ 12 million in 2025
We recognize that literacy is the foundation for lifelong learning. Children from remote areas and disadvantaged families often lack sufficient home resources and cultural stimulation. To cultivate reading habits and artistic appreciation among these children and help bridge the urban–rural gap, we have collaborated with universities to implement a variety of initiatives. These include guided reading programs, mobile reading tours, story theater performances, book clubs, winter and summer camps, reading and writing workshops, library exploration camps, mobile book vans, and tutoring camps, among other literacy- and arts-related activities. Through these programs, we aim to bring reading to remote and island communities, and by fostering mentorship-older students guiding younger ones-provide children with more opportunities to engage with cultural and artistic education. Our goal is to broaden their horizons, nurture a love for reading, and develop their artistic abilities, ultimately opening up diverse possibilities and future opportunities for children in remote and disadvantaged areas.
