The audit office of our company is under the jurisdiction of the board of directors, with one internal audit supervisor and one full-time auditor. The appointment and removal of the internal audit supervisor shall be in accordance with laws and regulations, approved by the audit committee, and submitted to the board of directors for resolution. And the qualifications of internal auditors must meet the statutory qualifications and continue to study for the required number of hours. The appointment, removal, assessment, and compensation of auditors shall be approved by the Chairman in accordance with the company's " Rule of Corporate Governance" and relevant laws and regulations, and shall be signed by the audit supervisor in accordance with the approval process.
Its main responsibility is to inspect and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems, measure operational efficiency, report reliability, and related matters Comply with relevant laws and regulations, provide timely improvement suggestions to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of various systems.
Work management
The audit work is mainly carried out based on the audit plan approved by the board of directors, and project audits are also carried out as necessary. Improvement suggestions are proposed based on possible deficiencies in the internal control system and audit reports are issued. The audit supervisor not only reports the audit business to the audit committee on a regular basis, but also reports to the board of directors to implement the spirit of corporate governance.
In addition, the audit office supervises all units and subsidiaries of the company to conduct self-inspections, establish a self-supervision mechanism, and use the results of self-inspections as the basis for the management to issue internal control system statements.
Audit assignment
At the end of each year, the auditing unit will conduct a risk assessment based on changes in the current business environment, the regional characteristics of each subsidiary, the company's future operating policies, and previous audit results. Based on this, they will plan the audit focus for the following year, develop an annual audit plan, submit it to the audit committee for review, and obtain approval from the board of directors for implementation.

Internal Control Self Evaluation Inspection
Promote the evaluation of internal control systems to implement the company's self-monitoring mechanism, timely respond to changes in the environment, adjust the design and implementation of internal control systems, and improve the quality and efficiency of operations of various operating units, in order to assist in ensuring the smooth achievement of company business goals, effective compliance with relevant laws and regulations, proper management of company assets, and enhancing the real-time and reliability of management information.
At least once a year, internal control self-assessment shall be conducted, and the audit unit shall review the self-assessment reports of each unit and subsidiary. The improvement of internal control deficiencies and abnormal issues discovered by the audit unit in the past shall be used as the main basis for the chairman and general manager to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the internal control system and issue an internal control system statement.
