从2010年开始，宁亚在浙江省奉化市内开展长期结对帮扶活动。结对帮扶的贫困家庭有家庭成员身患残障、智障或重大疾病的，也有子女处于求学阶段，家庭收入少且不稳定的，还有家庭成员遭遇突发事故丧失劳动力，仅靠低保收入生活等。2010年宁亚已与32户贫困家庭结对，后续仍将继续增加结对户数。
